【How to use】:
1. Specimen collection: shoot all the semen directly into the sperm collecting cup.
2. Stay the semen in the sperm collection cup 60 minutes, and wait for the semen to liquefy into a flowing liquid.
3. Gently stir the semen sample in the sperm collection cup for about 10 times until the sample is fully mixed.
4. Use a semen transfer device to suck 0.1ml of semen sample (no bubbles, solids or viscous substances are allowed during the extraction process), and completely transfer it to an upright collection tube with buffer.
5. Tighten the cap of the collection tube with buffer and mix it upside down for 5-10 times until the sample is not sticky.
6. After the mixture in the collection tube with buffer is staying 2 minutes, unscrew the tip on the collection tube, and add 2 drops of the mixed sample vertically
7. Observe the test result within 5-10 minutes
【Test Results】:
✔Positive
Two colored lines should be observed in the viewing window. The line in the test region (T) is the probe line; the line in the control region (C) is the control line, which is used to indicate proper performance of the cassette. The color intensity of the test line may be weaker or stronger than that of the control line.
✘Negative
The control line appears in the test window, but the test line is not visible.
